Red de Resiliencia de Baja

Baja Resiliency Network

Todos Santos y El Pescadero,

Baja California Sur, Mexico

Coming together as a community to be more resilient and live a better life.

Building the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible*

The Baja Resiliency Network is a gathering of sovereign individuals who are coming together to enhance our resilience by sharing our skills, knowledge, and resources. We endeavor to reduce our dependence on centralized control structures and transact locally with like minded others. We believe we can create a more fulfilling way to live by being closer to community, nature and the land.

How communication happens:
*Telegram (an app that protects privacy via encrypted messaging) We use this for meeting announcements, conversations, sharing files and links. This is also where all the BRN Action Teams communicate
*Whatsapp (for meeting announcements only)

Organization structure:

  1. We have Action Teams, which any BRN member can initiate or join. These Action Teams exist to dive into a particular topic (growing food, sustainable building, healing, sourcing water, education, etc.) and then share information, skills, or resources with the larger community.

  2. We have a Leadership Team that facilitates community meetings and helps guide the direction of BRN

  3. We have an Advisory Board that provides input to the Leadership Team
